From Origin.
To Everywhere.
Origo Logistics Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian freight forwarder moving cargo through Port Klang and beyond — sea, air and cross-border — with itemised pricing, disciplined documentation and one accountable point of contact from booking to delivery.
Years Industry Experience
Combined founder experience across sales, documentation and shipment coordination
Gateways Covered
Northport, Westports and KLIA
Working Day to Quote
Itemised quotations, not vague estimates
Decision-Makers
You deal directly with the founders
Freight services built around your shipment, not our assets.
As a non-asset-based forwarder, we buy the best rates and capacity in the market on your behalf — so you are never locked to one carrier, one haulier or one route.
Sea Freight — FCL
Full container import and export via Northport and Westports, with carrier options compared on every quotation.
Sea Freight — LCL
Consolidated shipments for smaller volumes — pay for the space you use, not a full box.
Air Freight
Time-critical cargo via KLIA, with routing and pricing options matched to your deadline.
Customs Clearance
Import and export clearance coordinated end-to-end with our licensed customs broker — permits, declarations and duties handled correctly the first time.
Haulage & Delivery
Container haulage and delivery across Klang Valley and Peninsular Malaysia, arranged and tracked for you.
Documentation
Bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin and permits prepared and checked before your cargo moves.
Built from practical freight-forwarding experience.
Origo Logistics Sdn Bhd was established in Klang in 2026 by two freight-forwarding professionals with approximately 10 years of combined experience across commercial development, shipment coordination, documentation and customer support.
After working closely with importers, exporters, carriers and logistics partners, the founders saw a recurring need for clearer quotations, faster responses and greater accountability. Origo was created to meet that need, giving Malaysian businesses direct access to decision-makers from enquiry through delivery.
Based near Port Klang, we coordinate FCL and LCL sea freight, air freight, customs clearance through licensed partners, container haulage and door-to-door logistics solutions.
Cargo we know from the inside.
Four verticals where we know the permits, the handling requirements and the failure points — because getting these commodities wrong costs far more than the freight.
Animal Feed & Feed Ingredients
Bulk and containerised feed shipments with MAQIS and permit requirements coordinated before the vessel arrives — not after.
Fabrics & Textiles
Import and export programmes for trading companies and manufacturers, with LCL options for samples and small batches.
Building Materials
Cement, tiles, boards and heavy construction cargo — moisture-sensitive and weight-critical, handled with the right equipment, stuffing and storage decisions from the start.
Palm Oils & Vegetable Fats
Flexitank, ISO tank and drummed shipments of palm oil and vegetable fats, with the export permits, temperature handling and documentation coordinated end to end.
Prepare KKM and FoSIM requirements before your F&B cargo arrives.
We coordinate imports of tapioca pearls, syrups, creamers, jelly powders, tea, flavourings and other food and beverage ingredients through Port Klang. Product classification, ingredients, labelling and supporting documents are reviewed early so the applicable Malaysian import requirements can be identified before booking.
Register before importing
Malaysia's Ministry of Health states that food importers and forwarding agents or customs brokers must be registered in FoSIM. Import clearances for food under the Food Act are processed through the system.
Prepare for risk-based checks
Imported food is assessed through risk-based inspection levels. Depending on the product and risk profile, clearance may involve document review, inspection, sampling or hold-test-and-release procedures.
Confirm product-specific requirements
Some products may require additional certificates, licences or permits from KKM, MAQIS or another authority. Requirements depend on the HS code, ingredients, formulation, labelling, intended use and current agency classification.
The forwarder that answers the phone.
We are not the biggest name at the port. We win by being faster, clearer and more accountable than forwarders ten times our size.
Founder-led delivery
Your shipment is handled by the people who own the company — with authority to decide, not a call centre script.
Itemised, transparent pricing
Freight, clearance, haulage and charges shown line by line, so you can compare us against any forwarder in the market.
Market-wide rate access
We shop the market on every shipment instead of filling our own trucks and boxes first.
Documentation discipline
Most shipment delays are paperwork delays. We catch problems at the desk, not at the port.
Same-day answers
Business moves quickly. Questions get direct answers the same working day — clear recommendations, not vague possibilities.
Built for Malaysian B2B
Trading companies, manufacturers and SMEs in Klang Valley — we speak your cargo, your ports and your permit requirements.

What shippers ask before booking.
What information do you need to prepare a freight quotation?
Commodity name, HS code if available, packing method, origin, destination, shipment volume, service required and target shipment date. For air freight and LCL, include the number of packages, dimensions and gross weight.
Do you handle both imports and exports?
Yes. Origo coordinates import and export shipments by sea and air, including documentation, customs clearance coordination, haulage and final delivery where required.
Can you quote door-to-door shipments?
Yes, subject to the exact pickup and delivery locations, cargo details and applicable customs or permit requirements. Tell us the full addresses so the quotation scope is clear.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
We aim to provide an itemised quotation within one working day after receiving complete shipment details. Special cargo, permits or overseas partner pricing may require additional time.
Do you own trucks, aircraft or vessels?
No. Origo is a non-asset-based freight forwarder. We coordinate suitable carriers, hauliers, customs brokers and logistics partners according to each shipment's needs — so you are never locked to one provider.
Are your prices subject to SST?
Origo is currently below the SST registration threshold for logistics services, so our charges are not subject to service tax. Any third-party taxes or statutory charges are shown separately on the quotation.
